Spring Shipping Schedule

We are in MICHIGAN and ship mid-April THROUGH May (depending on when our sale & restocks launch for the year). If we are still selling tubers in late May through mid June, tubers purchased during or after the last week in May will ship out within 10 BUSINESS DAYS days of purchase. You will receive an order notification and tracking number via email when your order ships. Please see our FAQ's, Customer Etiquette Guide and/or our Terms & Conditions for additional info. 

Our shipping timeframes are entirely dependent on Mother Nature here in SW Michigan. We are unable to give you a specific date because Mother Nature here in Michigan has a tendency to be a bit bipolar. It often takes us a several weeks to pull and ship all of the orders. We absolutely understand your excitement to receive your box of goodies! However, we get this question so incredibly often while we are packing orders that it slows us down immensely. We politely ask that you please not contact us asking when your order will ship unless you haven't received your order within the stated timeframes. We cannot ship early to accommodate your schedule. If you will be traveling, please let us know when you'll be out of town and we will be happy to hold your order, for a reasonable amount of time, until you return. Although this is a seemingly innocent question, please do not ask about your order status on social media - that unfairly paints us in a negative light. We are unable to ship on demand, even if you think that harassing us will make us ship to you first - it won't. We do not want to risk your tubers or cuttings being damaged by extreme temperatures. You will receive an order notification and tracking number via email when your order ships. If there is a shipping delay for any reason, we will let you know via email. Please make sure you are subscribed to our emails, otherwise you will not receive updates.
