Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

All sales are final. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or order changes.  If you genuinely make a mistake and accidentally order 20 tubers of the same variety when you intended to order 2, please reach out via email or our contact form immediately and we will gladly assist you. We understand that typos happen. However, we cannot accommodate buyer’s remorse. If you have a catastrophic event occur to where you won’t be able to plant your tubers (house fire, etc.), we will review those on a case by case basis (with proof). 

If you would like to add to your order, as long as it hasn't yet shipped, please simply place an additional order from the available inventory. We will combine orders placed under the same account (email & addresses must all match).
