COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping on tuber orders, for orders placed under the same account, as long as your orders haven't yet shipped, IF YOU USE THE CODE 75OFFSHIP2025 which gives you 75% off shipping on tuber orders AFTER your first order. You MUST pay the full shipping cost on your first order. If you don't use the discount code, you will receive separate boxes for each order and will not be refunded.

Please create or log in to your Dragonfly Dahlias customer account for fastest checkout. By logging into your account, you can also take advantage of the Wishlist feature.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. If you make a mistake on your order (such as ordering 10 tubers of a single variety instead of 1), please contact us within one hour of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate within reason.

The use of "bots" or auto-checkout software to cheat the dahlia wars is strictly prohibited. We have software to detect those programs and any orders placed using those programs will be canceled. We're adults - PLAY FAIRLY!

Limits are per household, per season and will be enforced. Please don't try to circumvent the limits or your order(s) may be canceled. We're grown-ups, we know how to share - don't we? We get it - dahlias bring out the inner hoarder in most of us. If you accidentally go over the limits, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will attempt to correct any accidental over-limit purchases, minus a 10% fee to cover the transaction fees we are charged.
